Beautiful, clean room (I stayed in a single room). Location is great, just south-west of the busy areas, walking distance. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is amazing, definitely worth it! Will be back.

Loved this place, great hotel in Venice, not too far from most attractions, staff were friendly even gave us an upgrade to the room. Hotel is modern and clean. There was a happy hour that they had which was amazing with drinks for €7 and free finger foods which were delicious held in a beautiful and comfy courtyard. Would love to stay here again!

The place was amazing. A small garden at the entrance gave you the feeling of a cozy place. The stairs are large enough to carry the luggage. The apartment was huge and spotless. He had 2 bedrooms, each with its bathroom. The kitchen had all the supplies you needed to cook breakfast; it had a nice view of the canal. Very warm and nicely decorated. Everything was functional and we felt very well inside. Sleeping was amazing with very comfy beds and pillows.

Perfect location, close to everything but quite. Room was large and comfortable, perfect mattresses. Facility is so lovely and having amazing atmosphere, a lot of original paintings, decorations, books, furniture. Owner is very kind and helpful. Nice open terrace on the top floor with nice view, breakfast (the great one!) can be served there or in your room. We had a lovely stay and in case next time in Venice we would stay here, as sure.
