Excellent room & bathroom, very spacious, very clean, quiet and truly comfortable. Beautiful garden area where you can sit and read or eat, and relax in the sun or the shade. Perfectly varied breakfast, all prepared and ready for each guest, and very good coffee also. Well connected with the vaporetto (San Basilio); only a 12 minutes walk away from Piazzale Roma.
