A truly perfect boutique hotel with stunning views of Venice! Although it wasn’t our first time visiting the city, staying at this hotel made us fall in love with it all over again. The hotel is beautifully stylish, features a charming garden (which must be wonderful to enjoy during the warmer months), and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The next time we’re in Venice, we’ll definitely be staying here again!

The location was fabulous. Just a 100m walk from the Arsenale stop on the blue line of the waterbus. The rooms have a beautiful view of the lagoon and is probably one of the best locations to watch the sunset. The hospitality is fabulous - Stefano and Marco went above and beyond to make all arrangements for us (24x7). Will definitely come back here for my next Venice stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff, got upgraded to a beautiful, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Was offered free breakfast due to an issue (my mistake) with my reservation and was also given a bottle of Prosecco. Couldn’t have been any better! Very central and close to main attractions and San Marco ferry stop. Sumptuous breakfast with plenty of choice for all tastes
