One of the most beautiful hotels we have avere been at. Everything was perfect, but the best part was without any doubt the warm welcoming. The staff is friendly and there was an attention to every detail during our stay. We enjoyed some fresh lemon water and chocolate at our arrival; our room was upgraded to the junior suit and it was comfortable, perfectly clean and with a Venetian touch. The position of the hotel is the best, you can reach every popular destination in 15 minutes by walking. Ok my next trip I would like to stay only here. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Everything! Claudio and Francesca in particular were just amazing , so kind and helpful! And this was one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in! Every little detail, including toiletries, was opulent, classy and truly Venetian!
The location was lovely, in a quieter part of Venice and close to some great restaurants and off the beaten track paths!
We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous location right by the sea, seconds from the vaporetto station. A beautiful well-kept garden is surrounded by flowers. Quiet authentic area of old Venice. Feeling like a paradise. Spacious apartment with all amenities. We really liked the hosts. Barbara was responsive and met us halfway in all our requests. We would like to be here again.
