Excellent location, just a short walk from the Spanish Steps. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was a nice touch to have complimentary coffee and water provided daily. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful climate without barriers. Delicious ala carte breakfasts - which is a great option. I recommend a visit to the bar, be sure to ask the bartender for a winter original drink. Do not look all over the Rome for what is perfect on the spot.

The area is very nice!Close to all the attractions by walking.There are some shops around the property.Antony was very nice and informative.For sure if we visit Rome we are going to come back. Also the house had everything you needed if you want to cook or prepair your meals and the breakfast was ok for us for the five days we stayed. Close to the house is the Spanish steps and a short walk was the Christmas World one of the biggest Christmas parks in Europe. Thank you Antony for all.😉

Very nice little boutique hotel, is like a hidden gem. Recently renovated, is composed by 5 different rooms. We were in 105, the biggest in 4. Our stay was very good and we enjoyed the stay , the position and the staff. Full of good restaurant all around the area, very well connected to the main touristic spots by metro, bus and feet. We are very happy about our choice!

The location of this property was central very close to the Spanish stairs and an easy location to see Rome.  This is a boutique hotel and very stylish.The staff were exceptional and the rooms are beautiful.

The hotel is exceptionally well positioned: it’s walking distance from the main train station (took me 10 mins with light luggage on foot), in the city center, close to all sights (also mostly within walking distance), and well connected via all possible public transportation. The area is safe and pleasant. The hotel is well maintained, impeccably clean and comfortable. Wifi worked without issues. The communication with the management was efficient, they reached out proactively and were always responsive and accommodating. I liked the code based entrance solution, as it saves the trouble of dealing with keys. The check out is 12, which is quite generous for Rome, and luggage can be left for storage after check-out - two mega pros in Rome. It was also nice that the hotel allowed entry after check-out and offered self-service coffee - it was very helpful and relaxing to be able to drop by in between meetings during a busy day. Everyone I met at the hotel were super polite and spoke excellent English. Many thanks! Overall, I have had a very good experience and could totally recommend the hotel.
