The location was great, close proximity to train station and St. Peter's Basilica. The area was quiet, really nice and cozy surroundings, terrace. The house had everything you need for a short stay. Hosts were nice and helpful, easy to communicate. Will be happy to recommend for anyone going to explore Rome :)

The rooms are brand new, we were the first guest. Everything was good, new very comfy beds, mini bar free of charge with coffe machine and sweet snacks. Staff is nice. Our room had terrace, AC included but needed, not much noise evethough looking to the street near the main road and overlooking train tracks. 5min to St. Pietro train station. Around 10min tto Vatican for other locations around 30min walking. Would recommend it and visit back.

Really near to the Vatican city, by walking 5 minutes. Very good location. There was everything you need for spending your days in Rome. Valentina was so nice and helpful. If you wanna spend some days in Rome this is really good choice.

Absurdly good service. I'm a Londoner who turned up overworked, under the weather and probably (definitely) somewhat prickly. Valentina's hospitality is true; authentic. "You had and early ticket this morning, so didn't have breakfast. Do have breakfast tomorrow. It pleases me." Antonio very generously talked through a perceived internet access issue. It was the red wine consumed by the guest rather than the router that was the rub, it transpired
The place is spotless.
On my table-for-one breakfast I was presented with:
1) a very large sweet pastry (doughnut or something akin)
2) a whole loaf of sliced bread...available to me at my table
3) assorted jams and spreads
4) a selection of cured meats and cheese (I put mine in a couple of slices of bread and toasted it in the panini toaster)
5) 2 types of cereal
6) OJ
7) coffee of my choice
8) and "would I like eggs?"....no Valentina, but good lord thank you for asking!
9) oh and breakfast dried bread-like-toase not known us people from the northern isles
Oh and the location is about 10 mins walk from the Vatican. There are loads of Bars and restaurants on the main street.
Unexpectedly good shower in your own bathroom.
