I booked the apartment for my parents for their vacations in Rome. And the stay was absolutely amazing. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and has an indoor balcony where you can enjoy coffee every morning. The apartment features a beautiful, modern renovation and includes everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It is very clean. Right at the entrance to the complex, there is a lovely café where you can have a delicious breakfast. Supermarkets and shops are all within walking distance. The train and bus stations, as well as a metro station, are nearby. The host is very pleasant and was always available.

I stayed only overnight, however I was surprised in a good way, apartment was super clean, it has everything you need, tea, coffee, salt, oil and etc. Even in the bathroom there was all the hygiene products which is so sweet. location was nice since I was looking stay close to tiburtina, it took me 15 minutes by walk to the station. Rossella is a nicest person I ever met☺️ overall I enjoyed the stay

Location is few minutes away from Triburtina station. Very well located. Comfy bed and clean room. Generous with white goods and coffee. Rossella and Luca were such a great host! Highly recommended.

The location is great...near the bus station that takes you to Bologna metro. 20 mín walk to a grocery store. I loved the big balcony and the view. Everything was clean, and the apartment was spacious, and everything you needed in an apartment was available. We would stay there again. No problem to get in touch if we needed to know something... really quick to answer. We thank you for a lovely stay.🥰

Very nice and comfortable accommodation. It is really very clean, especially the bathroom. In fact, it is a large Roman apartment divided into rooms for rent, and everything is really well organized. A small problem with my entry into the accommodation and contacting the owner, but it did not significantly affect my stay in the accommodation. The shared kitchen in the accommodation was also very helpful
