Fabulous hotel. Great location, near the best ice cream in Rome and the Pantheon. The staff were amazing. A special thank you to Patrick at the front desk. He is a true gentleman, going out of his way to ensure that we were happy and our stay was comfortable. We had two rooms. Both were clean and pleasant, but one had undegone renovations and was nicer. Breakfast was great - plenty of room and plenty of choices. I have to tell a short story to convey the level of service at this hotel. When walking in the nearby shopping district I accidentally stepped on my teenage son's favorite Nike flip flop, and as a result it ripped apart. He was really upset. We walked to the Nike store and every other sports shoe retailer in the area, but he couldn't find his size. At the Nike store they gave us some rubber bands as a temporary fix and we even went to to the Nike store at the train station to get him a pair - again, no luck...I couldn't even find a shoe repair shop anywhere in the central district. When we returned to the hotel and I told Patrick and Giacomo the story, they had the hotel maintenance staff see if they could glue the flip flop back together. Not only did they perform a perfect repair, but well over a month later and they still going strong! If this isn't service above and beyond, then I don't know what is. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Rome.

The staff is awesome! This facility is just amazing. A unique location and a unique concept. We booked a superior double room and were offered a free upgrade to the junior suite with the hot tub. It was one of the most amazing stays we ever had. The bed was awesome the bath tub gave a different level vibe to the whole ambience. Definitiv recommendation!

Location is amazing but this is exceeded by the oustanding staff; David and Sabina went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were very helpful during our entire visit. We were in two different rooms on consecutive stays - both rooms have very tall ceilings which makes them feel more grand. Both were very clean with good bathroom facilities. The larger room family room is very generous and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with multiple options.

Personnel was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and nice and comfortable bed. It's in the middle of the city, but the rooms are at the 4th floor so, besides a police siren every now and then, you hear no noice from the streets.
