Lovely and very clean room in an apartment just 20 minutes by bus from the center of Rome. The bathroom was super clean, the street is quiet, and the shared kitchen is tidy and well organized. Plenty of free parking around the building. The self check-in was easy and clear. The host was very kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend the apartments. The apartments are spacious, clean, and you can find everything for a comfortable stay. Nearby there is a shop and a bus stop. The owner of the apartments is very hospitable and responsive, he can tell and advise you everything that interests you.

It is ture that the apartment is a bit further from the city center but this is how you can experience the real italian life, when you do not spend all of your time in the touristy city center. So this is one of the benefits. The other and probably the most important is the kind, friendly, open and helpful hosts. Andrea and Louis made these days unforgettable. They know and share everything about the city if you want and suggest target visiting places that are not well known but would be bad to miss. All in all, who likes the supportive hosts and help with choosing what is it worth to discover, this place and host will be your best choice. I strongly recommend, and if I go back to Rome I will choose them again. Thank you for this 10 days! :)

Spacious, pleasant and clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood. It worked well as an accommodation for a mixed business-tourist trip. Good connection to La Nuvola convention center and the metro. Very helpful owner and a nice surprise - a bottle of homemade EVO.

We stayed for 3 nights at Stanza del Principe and it was great. The location is near the bus and the subway stations so even if it’s not near the center you can easily get there. The property had everything and the bed is super comfy. We would like to thank Luisa for everything because she was a great host and helped us with everything. We will come back for sure!
