We stayed at the property in early April and everything exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. It was perfect for a relaxing stay. The host, Alehandro, was exceptional — very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. He gave us great tips on what to see, where to go, and how to get there, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Breakfasts were outstanding — very easy to order and incredibly tasty. A real highlight of our stay. Everything was well-organized and convenient. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great location close to metro (Ponte Lungo) and train (Tuscolana) stations. Plenty of local delicatessens, cafes, and restaurants and just a 2.5km walk to the Colosseum and 3.5km walk to Trastevere. Pietro ŵent above and beyond to make our stay smooth, thanks so much Pietro! We ll be back again :)

Everything was great, it was clean, cozy, warm. The metro station is 10-15 minutes walk away from the apartment, the same for supermarket. P.s. The decoration at kitchen was amazing (we were there before Christmas)

Massive clean apartment, very well equipped with everything you need for 1 night or even a week stay. Located 3 mins walk from metro station so great location. Coffee machine with pods, big fridge, bathroom is 10/10, black out shutters on all the windows and very good lighting and heading. Would definitely recommend this place and stay again here.

The accommodation is great. It has everything you need, with towels, kitchen utensils, hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel. The room is heated, which is great for winter days. Breakfast is fantastic, with fresh and very good croissants. Alessandro is an incredible person, very helpful and friendly. the accommodation is close to transport and supermarket.

The hosts were super kind and gave us many recommendations for places to eat and visit. The location is super convenient,walking distance to many touristic attractions, and to the metro station to go to the Vatican and Rome Termini (just a few stops away). Nice clean building with lift. Highly recommended you won't regret it.

Very supportive owner, comfortable, nicely prepared apartment, equipped with really everything. Although it is not in the center, a few minutes walk from the subway, and then you are quickly at whereever you want. Shop, bar, pub is within 2-3 minutes. We enjoyed being here 3 nights.
