We had a wonderful stay in this charming and quiet apartment just a few steps from Piazza IV Novembre in the heart of Perugia. The space is stylish, comfortable, and full of artistic character. Simonetta was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel truly welcome.

I have been to Perugia many times, and stayed in many hotels. Hotel Morlacchi was a unique experience. It is a historic hotel in a great location but the best thing about it is the charming and unforgettable father + son duo that run it. They personally care for their guests and make them feel at home (above and beyond expectations). I will be recommending it to all of my friends and colleagues in the future, saying that they should book early because they'll be lucky to stay here.

Staff was very helpful from the very beginning of our stay sending us all the information and answering our questions. Localization couldn’t be any better, we stayed in the heart of the old city. Perugia is underrated and is the best place to plan other destinations like Assisi or Florence (only 2h away). Highly recommended!

Apartment is located in the heart of Perugia, just a minute away from the cathedral. Despite being in the city center, it is extremely quiet and peaceful. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and beyond. The host was thinking about every little detail (from ladies kit in the bathroom, to washing detergent for clothes, portable steam iron, hair straightener, you name it). We especially appreciated little bathroom gift for our child as well as that the host provided us with both baby chair, Netflix Kids and detailed instructions on whereabouts taking into consideration we have a small child. Breakfast included in the price in nearby local was amazing (great panini sandwich and wide selection of croissants and sweets). Both the apartment and the host Debora made our stay in exquisite Perugia even more magical.

Gorgeous apartments, wonderful location in the city, you can go to the center of the city by elevator or on foot. The apartment itself is amazing, in an old building, with a magnificent view from the window, a wonderful idea with the zoning of the rooms. Two separate rooms. Separately, I want to say that the hostess of the apartments is wonderful! always in touch, gave a lot of advice about the city, very friendly! Our family was very impressed with the rest! Recommend to everyone❤️
