Way more spacious and clean than expected! Nice area that's easy to access anywhere. Quiet too during the night for a nice sleep. Friendly staff and fluent check-in, also got amazing recommendations for local food. Highly recommended for sure!

This is such a great place to stay. Ico the owner was so knowledgeable about Naples and beyond and provided us with so much information. We had a wonderful stay thanks to the warm welcome from Marco and his colleagues. Following a rather dramatic experience as soon as arrived at the central station, when one of our mobile phones got stolen (careful with that area!) we managed to enjoy our 3-night stay in Napoli thanks to Emme21 being a great place, that changed our first impression of the city for the better. We felt safe and could recover from the initial shock. This way we were able to discover the true nature of Napoli, a city of contrasts, warm and hospitable people, beautiful church ceremonies, family atmosphere and amazing food. Walking distance to the Duomo, the old city area as well as the sea side promenade made it easy to explore without the need to take the tube, not even once. The breakfast was amazing, setting us up for the days ahead and the Prosecco complementary bottle for the NYE was a lovely surprise. Very pleasant room, big and comfy bed, decent en-suite bathroom, good A/C unit and a charming French balcony were highlights of the accommodation. Marco and Emme21, thanks again and arrivederci!
