Very modern and well designed hotel, was really impressed. The staff were very friendly and responsive, there are refreshments at your disposal at all times. I would come back to Napoli only for this hotel. Very close to the sea, in my opinion best area to stay in Napoli.

Honestly, we booked this hotel not knowing much about Naples (location) nor the hotel. It is a bit hidden but what a lovely property. A hotel with a total boutiquey vibe. The most outstanding thing about the property was the staff. They went over and beyond to make our trip comfortable, fun and convenient. The rooms were, in my opinion, high end. The dining area and courtyard were so quaint. Products in the room were high quality. Loved that we had a small terrace/door to open and hear the sounds of the street below. The staff had to be one of the best we've run into in awhile. Check-in was flawless, setup private transfers and cabs for us that were right on time, helped with various recommendations for food, cocktails etc. Not one negative about this place. Highly recommend it to others and would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Very well represented B&B. We were given an room upgrade which was ever so thoughtful. The room was very spacious and we loved the art designs. The breakfast was as good as any other buffet breakfast and we enjoyed it. Location was almost central to Naples, there were plenty amenities around.

The host Massimo was incredible: very kind, caring and gave us a lot of helpful information. We traveled with our infant and they put a cot up for us immediately and were super kind to her. The restaurant recommendations were fantastic! Everything was clean, quiet and we even had sky TV in the room, which was very nice after a long day exploring Napoli. The accommodation is literally 2 minutes from the waterfront, everything is really close by and the alibus (bus shuttle to the airport) is also just a 10 minute walk. We truly had a magnificent time and can’t thank Massimo enough!

Wonderful place, clean, comfortable and with a very kind host. Close to Piazza Plebiscito, Toledo Street, meters from cafes, a supermarket and a restaurant with unique cuisine. I recommend for 1-2 nights!

The staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly, it was so welcoming. The location is also brilliant in my opinion even if it doesn't look that close on a map. I would definitely recommend staying here, there's also a hidden gem hidden in the hotel if you're lucky enough to get a sneak peek! Thank you again!

we had an amazing experience at relais mermaid luxury suite! giuseppe was a responsive host, he sent us all the important info and was ready to help us with our needs. the location is truly exceptional: just a short walk from piazza del plebiscito and the royal palace, and from our balconies you have the most beautiful and peaceful view of the sea! we also loved the taste in the design of the room and the furniture, and even the tea cups were beautiful. everything was just great, and since they say you go to naples and then you want to come again, we'll make sure to stop here for the night if that happens!
