All team at the reception is super helpful. The team answer to all mails and provides the best support. You can ask for socket adapter. Breakfast is super nice, you have mozzarella, ricotta, cherry tomatoes, rucola, salad leaves, fried eggs, sausages, bread, tasty desserts, yogurts. Nice tea selection. Rooms on 5th floor has terrace (photos attached). Very cute inner courtyard. It's close to amazing restaurant and streets with lots of souvenirs. At the square where the hotel is, there are a lot of bars full of locals. It's the most recommendable hotel in Naples.

The breakfast was fabulous it was fresh and delicious. Elena was an excellent host she answered all our questions and gave us suggestions on places to visit, how to save money on transportation. She cleaned our room exceptionally well. I definitely recommend this BB.

I had a delightful stay at Napoli and the guest house definitely. The host Mario is so kind, friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and brightly. The lady cleans our room everyday. And what amazed me is the air conditioner is very cold!!!

The location is perfect, you can walk to all main attractions and monuments in town. The place was neat, clean and quiet, with nice decorations and renovated. Close to the Alibus bus stop to/from the airport and the subway.
Finally, I would outline the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Francesca was always there, available and helpful.
