The apartment is conveniently located near a train station, making it easily accessible. In addition, the apartment itself is remarkably beautiful. Should I have the opportunity to visit Bologna again in the future, this would undoubtedly be my top choice. Its proximity to the city center, just a 10-minute walk away, is highly advantageous. Furthermore, the owner of the apartment is exceedingly kind and helpful, providing exceptional hospitality. I cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough.

I want to start by mentioning how warm, friendly, and supportive the staff is. We were able to leave our luggage well before check-in and were warmly greeted by Aurica, who was cleaning the accommodation at the time- she was incredibly kind. Giancarlo, our main point of contact, was always available and gave us excellent recommendations for our stay in Bologna.
The apartment décor is truly unique. I especially loved the kitchen and the terrace. The location is also very convenient, just a relaxed 10-minute walk to both Piazza Maggiore and the train station. We will definitely be back!

Really beautiful B&B, location was walking distance to main sights. Boiler & coffee machine in the room, selection of teas.. the place was besutifully decorated, super clean. The host who welcomed us gave us really good tips about what to see in Bologna. 100% recommended!
