I recently stayed at the las palmas hotel in Munnar near devikulam. The hotel is surely one of the greatest hotel in and around Munnar as it is quite outside the city of around 5 km it is easy to manual around and have a less traffic the rooms are very much spacious and customer service from the staffs are very polite and a very gentle and friendly manner to top on that the food they serve in the restaurant in the first floor is very good it is homely and it is very tasty and affordable

It's a beautiful place with great views. A very friendly manager, organized a dinner at a late check-in. The room is large, clean, and has a comfortable mattress. The hotel lives up to the name, the views it offers is truly stunning. There were many different places to enjoy the view, from the restaurant to the balcony and pool. Check-in was smooth, and there was hotel parking. Our room was luxurious and well stocked. Beds were comfortable, room was spacious, bathrooms were well maintained. Although the family suite is very different to other rooms, I assume the experiences would be similar.

Everything was perfect. The family took a very good care of me for full 2 days! I was able to totally relax, and enjoy Munnar's tranquility. Trekking was exceptionally beautiful. Try to stay minimum 2-3 days. Honor to be the first non-Indian Asian guest:) Many more should go!

Bony was a great host - he showed us around on a tour and took us to nice places for food. Room was pretty good, clean and neat. It had an amazing view and a nice experience staying on a farm. Location is also very good and easy to get around munnar from there

As a lover of small and intimate boutique style hotels, I found the Chithirapuram totally to my taste. The hotel is thoughtfully decorated, the rooms are quite roomy, and it was excellent value for the price. Perhaps what made our stay so enjoyable was the charming and funny manager Manoj. What a tremendously nice man ! Nothing was too much trouble for us. During our stay I developed what could have been a serious condition and he drove me down to the hospital in Kochi. As if that was not enough, he stayed for a few hours to potentially interpret and make sure that I was getting the proper care. As another bonus, the food was also quite good.
