*Location*: the property is close to supermarkets, small kirana stores, liquor stores, etc., is close to a couple of peaceful beaches too.
*Rooms*: the apartment is well equipped with all the basic amenities, clean and well lit. The toilet is clean and they provide necessary toiletries. Beds are comfortable too.
*Cost*: for all the comforts this property provides according to my experience it was value for money.
*Owner*: the gentleman was very helpful and very courteous about everything we approached him for. He would not hesitate to help to make it a comfortable stay for you.
*Verdict*: It was a great enjoyable, relaxing and a comfortable stay at this property.

Good set up, beds were comfy, plenty of fans. Common room and outside was always clean and great places to hang. Kartik and Sourabh were always on hand to help and were amazing hosts. The food on site is tasty and if they ever ask you to play a game called Mafia, play it. Its class!

The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. There were great restaurants within walking distance.Great location. We really loved the character of the hotel. The restaurant was fantastic and staff was friendly and helpful.
Would definitely stay there again.Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food was good. I, especially, enjoyed the view of the sunset.
