Beautiful setting, really attentive staff, great breakfast. The room was perfect and I enjoyed learning about the history of the hotel. It is right next to the gateway to India. The bakery is amazing, we had really good macaroons.

We had Trident Club Rooms and felt it was excellent value with all of the extras included. Loved having breakfast in the Club Lounge where it was less busy, but had plenty of food variety. Rooms were very comfortable and a good size. Would definitely stay again and get Club Rooms. Lovely personal service.

Very good location, near to most of the attractions around Colaba. Staffs are super helpful, you can book tours, buy simcard, exchange money, so very convenient for those just came to India. Room's kept clean. Price might be not as cheap as some other parts of india but I think it's the best value you can find in Mumbai.

The staff was amazing. They did everything for us. They arranged sim cards, transportation, tours, post cards etc. We arrived very early it was no problem they arranged a room for us. We had to leave early the last day and got breakfast to go.
They even had free coffee and tea with cookies in the lobby in the afternoon.
Attractions for example CSMT and Gateway of India are on short distance from the hotel.
Overall a great hotel!
