Courteous staff at reception - Akshata & Manish allowed early check in which was really appreciated after a long flight. Room was also upgraded which was amazing. Check in process was quick an efficient. Rooms were clean and spacious.
Amazing hospitality- all staff were ever so helpful. This was my first stay at Novotel and I was so impressed that I will surely return again.

We had a fantastic family stay at this beautiful hotel in Mumbai. The location by the sea was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to the city’s main attractions. Our room was spacious, luxurious, and spotless.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The WiFi was fast and reliable, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options.
Overall, a perfect choice for a comfortable and memorable family stay. Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff, big rooms, very clean, beach reachable in 5min walking, best value for the money. I had quite some stays in India, this was by far the best as of now.
