Very clean, well managed and excellent staff. From front desk to the servers and even the housekeeping staff - all were extremely professional and courteous. The balcony was a big plus, especially in a city like bangalore. Their restaurant serves delicious and value for money food. A special mention to the staff of the in-house restaurant, especially Avinash, who were ever present and very attentive.
