excellent location - near to Ghat, neighbour to main Ghat Lovely and clean room - ones with balcony are awesome The owner Sonu managed to take part in our hearts for the rest of our lives as he was very helpful and kind to organise putting the ashes of my beloved father into Ganga river. He was rowing the boat himself for us and we want to show the biggest respect for him. On Dev Deepawali celebration evening he organized an awesome boat ride where we felt as were celebrating with our family and friends. Many other guests took boat rides with him and have been very happy. So we highly recommend

Heven ! Mr pandy the owner. Amit at the reception. Dil that bring you food! Amazing ! Like heaven on earth. Beautiful room. Quiet. You feel like you are at home among your family. Great location. We had a wonderful time at Vishnu Rest House. The staff was very cordial and helpful to us. The location was great, as it is located right on the Ghats and has a magnificent view of the Ganges. It is also just a few steps away from the bustling narrow streets of the old city. It is perfect as a jumping-off point to explore the city as well as to relax after a busy day walking around, while still not breaking the bank!

The caretaker - Anil was on hand all the time to help. He helped navigate our way round Varanasi. He kept the apartment clean and safe. We weer a party of 3 adults. The location is ideal with views from 3 rooms of the Gangha.

Very convinient location, close to Ganga River and ghats. Very nice athmosphere. Helpful Staff!!! Highly recommended to come here and explore Varanasi.

We loved the location on the river. The hotel is older but it is spotlessly clean. The service from the hotel staff was excellent. The food at the restaurant was really good also. We had a situation with our flights being cancelled and needed a solution to get us to Pushkar. Ajay worked really hard to get it done and by the end of the day we did make it to Pushkar. We had the hotel arrange an all day walking tour of Varanasi and the sunrise boat ride on the Ganges. Both were fabulous. The prices were fair also. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
