This was our first time in Bali and arrived at Ayana resort late at night. Our stay at Ayana Resort has been absolutely fantastic. The resort is beautiful (one of the best hotels I’ve ever visited - we’ve been to many 5 stars hotels), it has many restaurants and pools, and the staff is just so kind and helpful. We were a little scared to eat/drink but the place is clinical! No stomach ache and we could eat and drink whatever we wanted (raw fish/ice cubes/fresh fruit etc.). Last but not least, gym facilities were above our expectations.

The staff is simply amazing. Always available and everyone was very kind. The resort is stunning with a beautiful view. A big big 5 stars for the staff! The room was just perfect. - Hospitality, the staff are so well trained and so accompanying! We felt as if we met lots of friends during our stay there. A big shout out to Dy, Yuni, and Cintya for taking care of us during our stay❣️ - The food is to die for! The food is reasonably priced given the fact that it's in a hotel. They offer a wide range of food that suits people from different countries. You can find bites and drinks at the beach too. They have the best hotel chef - Artawa at the backstage. They showed high standards in food safety and food quality, which made me feel very safe eating there. The servers were great and attentive, thanks to Intan! - the hotel is relatively new, it was opened in 2021 and the facilities are well maintained. The pool isn't big, but it can get crowded in the afternoon. However, it closes at 9 pm, which gave us enough time to swim and relax. - Kids club, is the best! They open 8am-8pm and provide a good amount of activities everyday to keep the children busy. I felt safe leaving my child at the kids club with the staff members. - flexible check in and check out time.

Super close to the airport. Dorms were spacious, with 2 bathrooms each. Locker next to bed was huge, and bed was comfy. Staff was really helpful, and they have good food onsite!

Everything from the moment we Checked-in was amazing the staff was super friendly and always so welcoming. The room was super spacious and comfortable, I asked the staff to plan a surprise dinner for my wife and I since it was our honeymoon and they did such an amazing day my wife was literally in awe throughout the dinner. 100% recommended
