This is my third time staying here and I love it! Great quality for a very affordable price. Very comfortable and clean room with good quality amenities (nice smelling shower gel, shampoo and hand wash, a good quality kettle - not the cheap plastic ones that make your water smell horribly of plastic, comfortable bed and pillows, slippers, hair dryer etc. ) air conditioning was good, hot water shower had good water pressure. i liked the pool which was always clean every time I used it. The restaurant downstairs served good quality food and drinks. Each and every staff was pleasant, courteous, and extremely helpful. Big shout out to Hasim, Wiri, Ona, Yasa and Komang for exceptional service! Thank you also for the traditional Balinese bracelet and the cute turtle plushie! Much love.

The location is so close to the big mall and there is a way through the mall back to the hotel and so convenient. The gym is small but has great tools and is clean.
