The staff! The best staff! Very helpful to the extent that goes beyond what they are actually paid for.
In one instance I lost my phone somewhere near the beach, I came back to the hotel to use my Mac and track the location of the phone. The guy at the front desk asked the security guy to drive me back to where the phone was lost, and with his help I was able to find my phone.

This was such a beautifully designed space right near Canggu! Location was perfect honestly - maybe 15 mins from the beach 🏝️ great air conditioning, kitchen essentials etc. fully equipped!
It was so cosy and felt like home, I could live here! The design of the space was very well thought out and I personally find it very aesthetic!

I loved the serene and stylish design of the hotel, surrounded by lush greenery. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The restaurant served amazing food, and the pool was unbelievably large and perfect for relaxing. The location was also ideal for a peaceful getaway in Canggu.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely kind and always helpful. Putu was especially attentive every time I needed something, it was delivered to my room within just a few minutes. The hotel is also very well located, which made my stay even more enjoyable. We loved our stay at Pachamama. The rooms are beautiful, surrounded by a lush green garden and a pool. The bed is big and supercomfy. Nice shower and plenty of space in the room. The staff was supersweet and helpfull.
There is a small shared kitchen. The location is great, close to everything but also away from everything. Little slice of paradise.
