Friendly, kind and helpful staff. The hotel is clean, awesome design. We took the room in the top floor with the big window and we loved it. Breakfast was great, had everything we needed to start the day. Location is great, you can go anywhere using the metro and tram which right outside by the hotel (or walking!). The hotel is very close to a chimney cake shop, starbucks and more. We used the locker room for our luggage and it was very comfortable.

The size of the room is perfect to relax and have some space that is not on the bed or in the toilet. It is lovely decorated and absolutely clean.
Staff also left a surprise donuts box and a birthday card for his birthday.
