All the staff were professional, polite and efficient. We requested for a quiet room and was given the 9th floor and we were really pleased. The filtered water system in the room eliminates the need for bottled water and that's a real plus !!

The staff was very nice. The hotel was clean. The facilities in the room were very good. The location was perfect. All experiences are beyond our expectations. My family and I stayed for 2 nights and it was our best experience on this trip. They have provided 3 room cards, 2 for persons and 1 for keeping all electricity in the room works. The resting area was provided with coffee, tea, and candy for free. The most important was they had an ice maker machine, so we could enjoy our iced coffee or tea.

The room was big for Hong Kong Standards. It was clean. The common area had water, a microwave and a fridge. The staff was really helpful and the check-in was smooth. Location is right outside the MTR gate for Jordan. Good value for money.

Location was good, right next to Yau Ma Tei MTR exit and place was clean. Hot water was available, which is nice as it was slightly colder when we visited. Overall is reasonable and worth it considering location, space and value in comparison to Hong Kong's general accommodation rates.
