I’ve been here for many times, so i experienced many staffs… every single staff was so kind and had good service to the guest. I’m so impressed and i think that it shows the level of this hotel. The view of corner suite is perfect. The very first accomodation in HK was Grand Hyatt for me, so HK has become the best tourist attraction for me. I totally reccommend this hotel! (Hope to experience the club lounge. Every staff is so fluent and so nice.)

Very comfortable bed with nice view on the street. Had all amenities with small kitchen. Daily cleaning with very nice housekeeping. Felt vey comfortable here and could sleep long due to the black out curtains. Really enjoyed my stay, thank you!

Check in was smooth and they allowed us to check in early by 11 as our flight landed very early. Concierge gave us places we could walk to in order to get breakfast. Helpful with tourist attractions and how to get there.

Good location close to Wan Chai MTR and right on the start of Hennessy Road. Walking distance 4 min to Wan Chai MTR and 10 min to Harbor for Ferry to Tsim Sha Tsui. Close to Lockhart Road with lots of Bars and night life. Will definitely stay here again!
