I liked that they didn't come in my room for 4 days during my stay. I also liked that they provided a bottle for water and you could refill it from a station at the reception - amazing idea and congratulations for this!

Upon arrival we were kindly given a free room upgrade by one of the very patient and helpful receptionists. Our room was super clean, we had a beautiful view from our room. Rooms are exactly like shown in pictures. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and bright due to it's big windows. The staff was very friendly and offered room service, fresh towels and water everyday, plus they cleaned the floor everyday. Super clean! Exceptional price/value rate for Hongkong! Everything you might need is close by or easily accessible via MTR or bus.

I’ve been here for many times, so i experienced many staffs… every single staff was so kind and had good service to the guest. I’m so impressed and i think that it shows the level of this hotel.
The view of corner suite is perfect.
The very first accomodation in HK was Grand Hyatt for me, so HK has become the best tourist attraction for me.
I totally reccommend this hotel! (Hope to experience the club lounge. Every staff is so fluent and so nice.)

Staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, big and clean. The view is absolutely amazing. During the my search for a hotel, I find that the rooms here are much bigger than a lot of other hotels with the same price range. There is a restaurant on the ground floor which is always packed full of people but unfortunately we never got a chance to eat there (it’s a Mexican place and my family was mainly wanting Chinese food). The subway is 7 minutes walk away (dark blue line, Tin Hau station) and there are convenient store and grocery store between the station and the hotel which is very handy. The only downside is that subway station doesn’t seem to have a lift between the surface and the underground (there is a lift between the different underground floors but not one to the surface). So I had to collapse the pram and carry it up the escalator. We took the red taxi to and from the airport which costs around HK$400 each way.
