The breakfast was good. The location was excellent with sea view. All staff were very friendly including Donna and Glora and the gentleman in the dining room. Our room was spacious with plenty of drawers and storage room.

I’ve been here for many times, so i experienced many staffs… every single staff was so kind and had good service to the guest. I’m so impressed and i think that it shows the level of this hotel. The view of corner suite is perfect. The very first accomodation in HK was Grand Hyatt for me, so HK has become the best tourist attraction for me. I totally reccommend this hotel! Excellent location and very spacious rooms. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the midlevel escalators so it's very easy to get around. Lots of nice restaurants and bars in the area.
