The neighbourhood is safe and quiet and there is public transport available nearby. Air conditioning is available in almost all parts of the apartment, which is a life saver during the Greek summer heat. Also, the apartment kitchen was well equipped and there were cold bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge (perfect for cooling down after a long trip). Great value for the money!

I booked the apartment for a friend and I was suprised. Initially I was looking for a hotel but in the area everything was too expensive for what they offer and their condition. I saw the pictures and I thought "how bad can it be"? I totally reccommend it. It is as pretty as shown on the pictures. Comfortable, beautifull, with 2 balconies, large bed and pretty clean. It smelled wonderfull from the beginning to the end and it is so far the cleanest, most fully equipped and cutest apartment I have ever booked. 2 minutes walk there is bakery, coffee shop and mini market and 5-10 minutes away you can find the central square of Agia Paraskevi for your shopping, restautants and night out. The metro station is also nearby. I put it in my favorites as I am going to book that instead of a hotel everytime I have friends who want to visit Athens.
