The apartment was even better than expected. Probably the best location I’ve stayed at in Tbilisi: amazing panoramic view from the window and super quiet, which is pretty rare for the city. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay, plus as a nice bonus there are two brand-new TVs
The host deserves a special mention: always available, polite and quick to respond to any questions. The whole stay felt really pleasant
The only small thing to note is that the building is on a hill. But even with my knee issues the walk up wasn’t a big problem, so I wouldn’t call it a downside

We really enjoyed our stay in this small apartment. The communication with the host was great and we were able to check in early. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen so we were able to make breakfast at home.
The location of the apartment is perfect - right near the bus stops taking you into old Tbilisi. There is also a large hypermarket near the apartment which is very useful.
All in all we had a great stay!
