We were a group of five friends and stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. The room facilities were all clean and seemed brand new. The bathroom featured a bidet, which was a great touch for us! The apartment also had a TV, internet, air conditioning, a coffee machine, and even an iron and ironing board.
It’s within walking distance to Fabrika, Marjanashvili Metro, Freedom Square, and more.
Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Next Door! There was a plumbing issue in our room, but the hotel arranged an apartment for us next door and took care of us while we waited. The staff really go out of their way to make sure that you are satisfied! The breakfast, meals and wine are outstanding.

Located in a beautiful and authentic neighbourhood next to the river, all clean, silent at night. A well-equipped kitchen where you can make your own food. The wifi was perfect, I had video calls for hours without any problems. Friendly owner. Comfortable bed. Great value for the price!

It was great, I met lots of nice people. The owner is lovely. He even let me check in in the middle of the night because of my flight. The beds are comfortable and have curtains for privacy. 10/10 would recommend and definitely stay here again :)

We spent at this hotel two nights, and I can say the experience exceeded my expectations! The staff is absolutely top-notch – the whole team, especially those at the restaurant, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. From the very first moment, they made us feel right at home. A major plus was that they allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help since we were very tired and needed some rest. This gesture really showed how much they care about their guests, and we were truly impressed!
As for the hotel itself, it’s a great choice for the price. The conditions are decent, and the services provided make the overall experience a pleasant one.

It was a lovely hotel with a very warm and kind staff. They were always friendly and talkative and were ready to help. Irma and Sofiko gave us good advice on where and how to go, and were always for us.
