This property was perfect for us! The location is amazing and the facilities were great!! We shopped at Harrods and ate at home both nights and it was such a dream. The staff were amazing! There was literally nothing we could fault and will absolutely stay again next time we are in London.

The room and facilities were excellent, nothing was forgotten about. Doormen greeted us and took our bags which arrived into our room minutes after we did. Staff could not do enough to help, every aspect of the stay was explained and made as easy as possible, turndown staff left a note as we had switched on do not disturb beside the door while we got ready for dinner, this let us call down to tell them when we departed for dinner that evening The staff also made the trip incredibly special as it was our honeymoon. Asking about the wedding as well as small gestures to make every interaction special The discretionary service charge on the bill at the end was especially welcome as the staff were beyond amazing. It would have been nice to know about this before the stay to know if wee could/should tip staff, and also have some information on how tips are split between staff and the property
