Fantastic location, very handy to transport, able to get to locations throughout London very easily. Quite roomy, 2 bathrooms were handy (pity one bathroom wasn't also a shower). Susan was very helpful. Would recommend for any stay in London.

Right from the start we had everything we needed. Carmen at the reception offered us excellent assistance, provided solutions and options for us to make our visit as comfortable as possible. The rooms are quiet, great views from the higher floor, big screen tv, air conditioning. Only few hundred metres to the underground/overground. Will definitely return!

This modern hotel in West London is conveniently located and gives great access to Central London attractions such as The London Eye, Buckingham Palace and the Natural History Museum.

1. Egur and the rest of the team were outstanding and helped us so much throughout the stay. We did last minute extension due to their outatanding service. 2. The room was clean, on the ground floor ans comfortable. I rarely feel comfortable sleeping on the pillows when travelling but felt good sleeping kn the star hotel pillows. 3. They took good care of our bags after we checked-out and did not hesitate to provide us with all the necessary support. 4. The hotel location was perfect with Tesco right in a front of it, a bus stop that takes you to/from the subway in under 10 mins, and restaurants all over the place. 5. Good value for money and the rooms are priced correctly. 6. Wifi service was perfect, and they gave me adapter and a cable to charge my cell phone.
