We arrived at the hotel to find 1 of our party had an issue, through no fault of the hotel, Dace on reception couldn't have been more helpful to sort us out. Staff, food & accommodation were top class, couldn't recommend highly enough. Breakfast was excellent!!

Great breakfast - a good selection, high quality products and fantastic service. Staff were always friendly and polite, check-in process was very easy, and rooms were great. Good size, clean, great value for money. Windows were double-layered, so no noise was coming from the street below. Hotel was right near a new metro line, so travel to and from the city was very simple, too.

The apartment is located in a very good location. You can reach Ealing Common subway station in 5 minutes' walk, making it very convenient to travel to downtown London. There is Tesco just a 1-minute walk from the apartment, which is very convenient for purchasing daily necessities or food. The landlord is very friendly and their service is very good. They respond immediately to any assistance or questions that are needed, and enthusiastically provides all kinds of assistance. I highly recommend everyone to stay here when in London.

I came back in this apartment ... I like this a lot due to the position (short walking distance to EL station from which the center is reachable in less than 30 mins)...the apartment is cosy and well equipped.. ..very good relationship with the owner Alex...he is ready to help for all the request I made...
