We were taken aback by how cool and nicke the hotel was. From we stepped in the door till we left we felt welcome and well treated. Miko (?) wo greeted us was super friendly, and even joined us for a chat at dinner. Very friendly and including.

The decor, the choice of bars, restaurants, the staff, the location, basically could not single out one specific highlight.

This hotel is in a great location and the staff are friendly and helpful. Champagne at breakfast is an added bonus and a great way to start the day.
It was my husband's birthday and a beautiful birthday balloon and card were in our room for him with a card from the hotel and a complimentary glass of bubbles at the bar. Lovely touch would throughly recommend a stay at this hotel when visiting Edinburgh

Beautiful, well maintained apartment. I loved the old style, it fit perfectly with the location. It was super clean with absolutely everything you could need. We were very lucky to have a snow day so had an excuse to take a break from exploring and watch the beautiful sights from the windows looking out onto old town.
