The staff were extremely friendly. I was able to store my luggage there for the day as well. That was a great help seeing as I had a late night flight. Good breakfast. There are many different options to choose from. Great location. Close to public transport and great restaurants.

Very convenient location with bus station and train station within walking distance. Many eateries nearby and there is even a Tesco Express round the corner. Room is spacious and nicely decorated. Host is responsive and helpfully let me drop off my suitcase before check-in time. Highly recommend!

I stayed for 3 nights at Silvia’s place, Tartan Accommodation, and had a truly wonderful experience. Silvia was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout my stay—always making sure I had everything I needed. The place itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully kept, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was also perfect for exploring Edinburgh. There’s a Sainsbury’s Local just nearby, along with plenty of great eating spots and charming cafés within walking distance. The bus stop and the tram to the airport are also very close, which made getting around and travelling to and from the city incredibly convenient.
