The hotel had recently opened when we stayed there and everything was sparkling new. Really near the city center, great staff and comfortable room. The breakfast was also excellent.

I highly recommend this apartment. The apartment has been beautifully renovated. The location is prime. Right at the old port. View on the water in the morning is stunning! Just a few minutes walk to the Promenade des Anglais. Communication with Mathias was perfect! He was very flexible with check in and check out since our flights were very late in and out of Nice. He and his wife welcomed us at midnight to explain and show everything.

Everything was to our liking: impeccable cleanliness, big apartment, comfortable everything, we rested so well. The apartment has everything you need. The hotel is 5 minutes from Garibaldi Square, so very close to public transportation. Many restaurants in the area, pleasant staff ready to help. I hope to come back here soon.

Friendly staff, spacious room which was good for a long stay. Quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was great and ready from 5.30am! Great location, near restaurants, trams and train station.
