The hotel had recently opened when we stayed there and everything was sparkling new. Really near the city center, great staff and comfortable room. The breakfast was also excellent.

Location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and a lot of good restaurants nearby. Also very close to the tram station. The apartment is exceptionally clean. It's compact but with everything you need.

The host, Jack, is most helpful. He was with us every step of the way. Always answers his phone. Even when I had to go see a doctor he immediately showed up and took me there. He helped with everything from sightseeing locations, restauranttips to tram-lines. The old town is definitely the place to be when visiting Nice. This place comes highly recommended.

This property makes such clever use of space to provide for all your needs within a modern, bright and clean apartment. Someone has put a lot of thought and effort into creating this apartment, and it shows.
It is situated right in the middle of old Nice, surrounded by some lovely restaurants, and only 5 minutes walk from the beach, the fabulous flower market and the tram stop.
It’s half an hour by tram to the airport, so no car needed for your holiday, and a short train journey will take you to Monaco & Menton too.
We visited as a family of three and our 15 year old, who is 6’2” had plenty of space in the mezzanine bed. It gave him a separate area to sleep unlike the bed settees offered in many other apartments.
We found the beds really comfortable, the equipment level fantastic, and this little gem of an apartment was a perfect short stay base for our holiday in Nice!
