I liked the location, cleanliness, size of the apartment, the warmth inside, the amount of supplies it had : in the toilet, kitchen... The host was super nice and allow us a late check out and saved our luggages to make everything easier for us. She was also available on the phone anytime we need to contact her and ask her things. Special attention has been given to children. Tomi is a very responsive and attentive host. And of course, we especially loved the sauna. 10/10

We didn't book a parking space beforehand. However, when we arrived I called the customer service number and they told me they had parking space available in the underground parking lot. They sent detailed instructions how to get from the parking garage to our hotel rooms. Communication with them was good. Hotel rooms were as described. There was some renovation going on. However, as we arrived on a Saturday afternoon then the builders were not there. Actually, we didn't see nor hear anybody. Everything was quiet, clean and nice. We'd definitely stay there again.
