Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is very good, safe and quiet. Apartment is very spatious. Beds are comfortable. We used heating couple of times as it was February so good to know that it is available. Taxi is not expensive so suggest to use it, especially for families as from city center to our apartament it was less then 10€.

Every single thing about this exceptionally beautiful decorated apartment with every facility you would have at home with regards kitchen & cooking. It was so lovely I kept extending my stay and cancelled my next accommodation. It's aprx 10mins walk to the amazing Bioparc Valencia and 5mins to connecting bus stops to anywhere in Valencia. It was my favourite stay in my many weeks in Valencia and that's out of 5 others all great but none such as much as how i loved this particular place. Definitely recommend & am determined to stay on my next Valencia visit. Many thanks to kind & most helpful staff on site and the same to the host through messages. Perfect service and stay in my opinion.

I liked that receptionist checked me in a couple of hours earlier. I also liked that after lunch you can go downstairs and have a cup of coffee for free. Everything was good. Thank you for the personnel you have.

Mercedes and Javier were excellent hosts and made our trip very enjoyable. They were very attentive and provided tips and recommendations, as well as booking taxis for us. They're very friendly and take pride in their property. The apartment was perfect for our group of three, and was well designed with everything you'd need for a short (or long) stay. The location is a very quiet and quaint area, with a Mercadona and cafés nearby. A great apartment for a unique stay in Valencia - would definitely recommend to anyone.

Me and my husband had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Turia for a week during January and it was an absolutely amazing. The location ofhotel is unbeatable, right near the beautiful Turia Park, making it easy and convenient to explore the best of Valencia. Whether we wanted a leisurely stroll in the park or to visit the nearby attractions, everything was within easy reach. Waking up every morning to the amazing view of the Turia Park was a real treat. Breakfast each morning was a highlight. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, and it was always a fascinating start the day. But what really set this hotel apart for me was the staff. Their genuine smiles and warm greetings every morning were heartwarming and made my stay even more special. :) In summary, our stay at Hotel Turia was nothing short of wonderful. It's a hotel that combines comfort, convenience, and excellent service, making it a perfect choice for anyone visiting Valencia. I couldn't recommend it more and can;t wait to visit again.

The appartment is spacious and clean and the unit looks better from the inside than the building itself from the outside. Overall I had a nice stay.
