Location: cosy apartment located 15 minutes walking to the Port and between 2 Meteo station that takes you directly close to the center of Valencia. Management: despite check-in was set for 16:00, they allowed us to get into the apartment around 12.00. That was a real gentle treat highly appreciated. Apartment: spacious and very clean with plenty of towels. Very good value for money Highly recommended

Super nice and helpful hosts. Spacious, very clean and very well equipped apartment Location on the metro, close to the sea. In particurar we admired our hosts' attention to detail - small things such as variety of tea and cofee (including milk) which awaited us or the range of cosmetics available.

We really liked the apartment – it was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We even found beach umbrellas in the closet, which was a nice surprise! The location is well-balanced between the beach and the city center – it’s a bit far on foot, but only about 15 minutes by bus, and the bus stops are very close. There were absolutely no downsides.

We stayed in a newly listed apartment that was modern, stylish, very clean, and provided excellent comfort for our family with three children for more than a week. We were fully satisfied with everything. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with local pastries, coffee and drinks in the fridge. The location is perfect – the beach, the Museum of Arts and Sciences, Oceanogràfic, and Hemisfèric are all within about a 15-minute walk. Public transport, Lidl, McDonald’s and others are just around the corner (about 50 m). Our host, Maria-Angeles, was very kind, and despite the language barrier, communication was smooth and easy. She was always willing to help. A wonderful place to stay in Valencia – highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The host was super friendly, helpful, and quick to reply whenever I had a question. The place was very clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The location is great — really close to shops, cafes, and the metro, so it’s easy to get anywhere. Everything looked just like in the pictures, and I felt very comfortable during my stay. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
