Stayed one night during a car ride from Portugal to France. Staff was super friendly and helpful, as are Spaniards in general! I have stayed multiple times in Casual hotels (it's a chain) and service has always been very good! Would stay again for sure!

Best hotel we have stayed on in San Sebastian, we where met with friendly staff everywhere, our Room was ready before time. Parking was easy and Well explained and The view From our sea view room was amazing.

Had a very pleasant surprise when we checked in and received an upgrade to a sea view suite on the 5th floor. Lovely large suite with superb views over the bay and beaches. Very clear instructions were provided to drive to the hotel through old town as GPS will take you the wrong way. Staff were very helpful and the hotel is in a great location in old town near the marina.
