This is the best accommodation experience I have ever had, starting from the reception team ending with the animation team. The room was super clean and the furniture is brand new. Animation team gave us the best foam party and the most entertaining kids disco. Food variety was excellent and they had a section for gluten free food, beside variety of fresh juices. The whole staff is very well trained, they are super friendly and heart warming people. Water activities were extremely fun and equipments were very clean and well maintained. I would definitely go again.

The hotel is in a good location, with a beach right in front. It also offers a free shuttle service to another beach in Naama Bay. The entire staff is incredibly attentive, and I was warmly welcomed. A special thank you to the restaurant team—they received me so well. The food is delicious, and there are nightly attractions. Unfortunately, I couldn’t attend the parties, but they have a team of animators, including Alina, who are very friendly and offer the possibility to go to parties with transportation included. The hotel also has taxi driver available to take you to tourist spots and the airport. The taxi driver was very friendly and kind! The whole team is amazing, and I highly recommend this place!

Very good hotel, good ambiance. Very good staff. Especially Michel is an excellent person and he helps you with all your needs. Variety of foods is good. The security system is good.
