Everything! We had a perfect holiday at Sunrise Diamond. It was our first time to this chain, and we were not disappointed at all. Rooms were comfortable, services were superb, cleanliness was spot-on, facilities were amazing. There was something for everyone. My younger son loved the aqua park and my older loved the sporting facilities. Breakfast buffet and a la carte restaurants had good selections of food. Would definitely love to visit again.

The service is exceptional. Starting all the way from Mohamed at the reception to medhat at the bar and all the boys at the main restaurant. Also the Italian restaurant had great food and an amazing trimasu for dessert i couldn't stop before asking for another. All I can say is the hotel was nice and clean and all staff was exceptionally friendly and professional even the life guards. I would definitely recommend for a nice and relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend and will come again.

I am now at the hotel and everything is amazing . Let's start from the reception Mr Jordian Joseph is a really good manager and an epic person he is really helpful and reacted quickly with all our requests . i would like also to thank Mr Osama for his heartwarming welcome . The room we have is stuning with a sea view . The food and restaurant are perfect . I would also like to thank Alaa talaat the lifeguard for his kindness . All in all everything is formidable and i would definitely will be back . Recommend this hotel 100%

Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We asked for a late check out. They not only allowed us to check out late. But also we were allowed to use the facilities free of charge for the rest of the day! Resort is very clean. Staff are very proactive. Always willing to serve with a smile! Food is both plenty and excellent. Will definitely come back again if not for a longer stay.

A breathtaking property with access to the beach to see those beautiful sunrises. The rooms are clean and well maintained.The staff were extremely kind and helpful, we always returned to a clean room with fruit baskets and special decorations. You can go snorkelling on the beach, overall it was a perfect stay.
