The hotel was very good- our Romance Jacuzzi Suite was amazing! The food was delicious and staff were very friendly and helpful. Me and my wife came for our honeymoon and they made our stay unforgettable! The beach was beautiful and clean and the beach staff were passing by all the time asking us if we want any drinks.

Great resort, very nice beach, fantastic coral reef, a big and relaxing resort. Special thanks to our designated host, mr. Hanna, who was really taking great care of us.

Usually, the opinion about the hotel is formed by the service. The service at this hotel is perfect! The reception is attentive, polite, quickly responds to requests, they took into account the wishes of placing two rooms in the building closest to the sea. The cleaner in the room is polite, attentive to details. Bartenders make cool cocktails. The waiters are always polite, smiling and remember what a specific guest usually orders. A very cool team of animators: so cheerful, active, responsive. Guys, you are well done❤️! Sports almost all day (aqua aerobics, yoga, zumba, bocce, volleyball, etc.) Cool evening animation! I really liked the foam party and the festival of colors. Very cool❤️! The hotel has 8 a la carte restaurants. We managed to visit 5. The restaurants are all good, but I would especially like to mention the restaurants of Asian and Mediterranean cuisine - they are perfect! The territory of the hotel is quite large, there is a water park, heated pools, there is an "adults only" zone both by the pool and on the beach. And the most important thing for me is the sea. A wonderful wide clean beach with perfect sand and an entrance to the sea. Lots of sunbeds, comfortable clean mattresses, wide straw umbrellas, wind barriers! I really want to return to this hotel! Thank you for a week of fun❤️!

This was our third time visiting this incredible resort, and it only keeps getting better. This time, we brought our friends along to share the experience, and they were just as amazed as we’ve always been. Sunrise Tucana has officially become our home away from home! The rooms were spotless and perfectly maintained throughout our stay. The housekeeping team does an excellent job ensuring that everything is clean and welcoming. Coming back to a fresh, comfortable room every day was such a treat. The à-la-carte restaurants at the resort are phenomenal, offering a variety of cuisines with dishes that are both beautifully presented and delicious. Our Top 3 favorite restaurants were: The Italian Restaurant – Led by the amazing Chef Said, this was hands down our favorite. The authentic flavors, creative dishes, and excellent presentation made every meal here an experience to remember. A true culinary highlight! The International Restaurant – With impeccable service from Yousef, this restaurant delivered a wide variety of mouthwatering dishes that catered to all tastes. Perfect for anyone looking to explore different cuisines in one place. The Greek Restaurant – The flavors were fresh, vibrant, and authentic. From traditional Greek salads to perfectly grilled meats, this was a delightful dining experience. The bar service was another standout feature of our stay. From Red Bull to Heineken, the variety of drinks available was impressive. Kamal and his team went above and beyond to serve with a smile, ensuring that every evening felt special with their excellent cocktails and top-notch hospitality. A massive shout-out to Yasser at the reception, who was simply outstanding! From the moment we arrived, his warm smile and genuine kindness made us feel like VIP guests.

Amazing beach, amazing food with every day other options! Staff is super friendly. Room is awesome, view is awesome, animation team is awesome. The jacuzzi is nice. Underwater world is awesome. Very hygienic. Really amazed and definitely recommend the stay.
