The hotel was exactly what we were hoping for! The facilities are amazing and there’s a wide variety of activities to enjoy — from sports to parties. In my case, I took a yoga class and it was a great experience. It’s also very well located in the downtown area, close to restaurants, pharmacies, and everything you might need. Highly recommended for a couples’ vacation!

Excellent excellent hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Mahmoud and his staff were kind and friendly - they checked in on us every couple of minutes during our meals. Thank you for making our stay super relaxing!

The staff and facilities are the best. Mr Wagdy and Ammar are the best. There is also new staff compared to next year, new chef Ibrahim but he works as hard as the rest, the 2 Mustafa's and some Mohammed's which have a different extra name name, also Ziad from reception and the cleaners Ali and Machmut. The swimming pool is clean and enough beds. Room is clean, I had one with warmed swimming pool. It is nice to go for a walk into town 45 mins or go by Tuk Tuk 10 mins. There is an Apotheke in house if needed. It was my second time and I will come back

My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The property is new, clean, and well-organized, with excellent service. I would especially like to thank Madam Christina, who is truly the right person in the right place. She is a wonderful and professional person who not only solved a problem we faced but also made our stay extremely comfortable. She consistently cared about us, paid attention to every detail, and stayed in touch throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. Her presence, warm smile, and refined manners left a very positive impression and truly elevated our experience at the hotel. She is a truly dedicated person who reflects an honorable image of the hotel through her service, commitment, and professionalism. I sincerely thank her from the bottom of my heart and wish her all the best and continued success. My special thanks also go to Mr. Mohamed Helmy, who is truly an outstanding example of dedication and professionalism. He was always present, attentive to every detail, and constantly making sure that guests were comfortable and satisfied. His genuine care, warm attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile made a remarkable difference in our stay. I sincerely thank him for his time, effort, and exceptional service, and I wish him continued success and excellence. I would also like to thank Mariam at the reception for her kindness and professionalism, and Mr. Ali for his warm and helpful service. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, the staff are very cooperative, and the service was exceptional. Everything was thought about in the apartment. The location and the cleanliness of the property. It is very modern, well maintained and right in the centre of Downtown El Gouna ….perfect !

Very close to a great beach apartment has a great nice quiet pool not over crowded always get a sun bed excellent apartment everything you need is there its like living in your own home with some lovely homely touches. Excellent location will certainly be back thats for sure
