Absolutely amazing experience. Jorge went over expectations that we have pleasent stay. Area also really cozy and local. Our luggage were lost during flight. This place made our 3 stay amazing still. Can't recommend enough. Town it self is quiet but really friendly and safe. Dogs at venue are amazing as well.

I visited with my 2 sisters for our first "Sis-caytion" and the resort was the perfect place for this special occasion. We bonded, dined, relaxed, partied, took beautiful pictures in this picturesque resort and explored Punta Cana! The staff named us "The Destiny's Child" lol. From the warm welcome, to the great entertainment options, cleanliness to the wonderful staff! I can say this is definitely worth the money. I expected a lot considering the expensive price but quite frankly it bit my expectations. Rooms and environment was cleaned around the clock, security was on point. They had something for everything. For an all inclusive, the quality of the food and drinks were 5* restaurant quality (especially if you eat at the restaurants). The breakfast buffet was amazing. We ate ate and ate until we could eat no more. The resort is so beautiful and honestly, whatever your vibe is, there is something for you. The staff- work like robots, so efficient and always on the job but always remain so friendly, happy and always willing to help or make you laugh. I hope they are getting paid well enough (because they deserve it). When you want peace and quiet, or if you want to party of meet people, they had something for you. I normally don't leave reviews but I just had to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel offers a beautiful pool and access to a private beach. There is also poolside service, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with an extensive selection that included everything we could possibly wish for. We personally enjoy a French-Belgian style breakfast, and all the essentials were available, along with a wide variety of hot dishes. One small suggestion to help the hotel avoid unnecessary waste: the room service was excellent, but we had no idea about the portion sizes, which turned out to be quite generous. For example, when we ordered the “chicken sandwich,” we expected a small snack, but it ended up being a full meal. Because we didn’t realize this, we ordered far too much and unfortunately couldn’t finish it. A small photo on the menu or a quick mention of portion size over the phone could help guests make more informed choices, and prevent food from going to waste. We would definitely return or stay longer next time, but on this trip we’re planning to explore more of the country by rental car.

EVERYTHING!!! Especially the staff, they are so nice and welcoming, they really helped us with anything we asked. The pool with the bar was lots of fun. The food was sooo good with lots of options - they even made us a special dish given our dietary restrictions (thank you chef Luis, you made our stay!)!! The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We were excited to see a fragrance menu and a pillows menu in the room (though we didn't use it. The default choices were good). It even has a lazy button near your bed that turns off all lights at once. Seems like the hotel really pays attention to all the little details!

Intimate, yet spacious. Amazing beach, great restaurant selections and the Inclusive Hyatt app used for all services made the trip top notch. Lazy River and water park were top notch. The fish tacos at the food truck were amazing.

An amazing apartment, excellent view of the ocean and pool, very comfortable and quiet condominium. Good restaurants and a basic supermarket. The seafood restaurant over the beach is highly recommended.
