The personnel were great, smiling all the time and ready to fulfill your needs, breakfast also great, many options to choose from. Most of the transport was done by metro, it's non-stop in Copenhagen.

An exceptionally friendly hotel. The hotel has an incredibly kind and trusting attitude toward its guests. At breakfast, no one checks whether the guest has paid. There is no bartender at the bar — guests serve themselves and simply write down what they’ve taken on a piece of paper. On the staircase, there’s a large box of cookies on every floor, and guests are free to take as many as they like. This kind of approach makes guests feel truly great.
