10/10 overall experience and so value for money. The concierge pre contacted me, and helped me with the pre arrival check in. There is no front desk, however, the check in and key collection is easy procedure. In case you have any request/ inquiry, the concierge is always there to help, making the service personalised - shout out to Diana! The room was great, big enough for 2 people, comfortable bed, nice view, hot water. The breakfast had a variety of options. The location of the hotel is perfect - just 2 stops away of Hbf and 3 from Schlossplatz. Thank you for the great hospitality and really enjoyed Stuttgart.

The staff were very helpful. Murad was perfect to welcome you and ensure all was right. Oksana and Panagiota assisted throughout the stay and left us feeling gratified. Kitchen and bar staff attended to each need during stay and provided the proper service. The room was excellent and housekeeping superb. Close to train station.

We had a problem with someone having an accident and the on duty person from the staff that night helped us with first aid, calling an ambulance, organizing a taxi to the hospital to see the injured person and was there to support in the best possible manner. It's a very new hotel with good location. Comfort for 4 people. Kitchen is very good quality equipped with dishwasher included. Clean net, perfect. Comfy beds even the sofa couch bed was comfy. Loved it.
